Qualification – Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, REBT Therapist, NLP Practitioner and other related certifications.

She has worked with International Organizations like International Finance Corporation (World Bank); Ethical Tea  Partnership (ETP); Twinings & KfW. She has also worked with Indian giants like Coal India; Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC); Balmer Lawrie; Oil India;  Bayer Crop; Mahindra Sanyo; Landmark group (Lifestyle, Max & others); Swati Energy and Projects, Elektrans India Pvt. MAJOR RAVI KHANNA

A Transformer, Trainer and Strategic HR professional who is a hands-on expert in organisational excellence, talent management, process mapping and business coaching. He has been a radical change management agent for the organisations that he has worked for. He has served the Indian Army for a decade as a commissioned officer, with extensive experience in counter insurgency operations and was also part of the international strategic level meets.

Qualification  Masters in Commerce (Management) and MBA from IIM, Lucknow. He is also a certified OD Analyst & Developer from CAMI (USA) and a Business Excellence Assessor from CII.

He has been instrumental in developing people focused business strategies, driving business performance and building culture for organisations like Hughes, Anil Group of Companies (Lalbhai Group), Rhenus Logistics, Jewelex India, Piaggio, Welspun, L&T, Mahatransco, National Peroxide Ltd., Wadia Techno Engineering, Bombay Burma Trading Corporation Ltd & others.

Ravi is also the Honorary Regional Director (Maharashtra) for CSR and Sustainability Institute and a listed expert on GLG Council too.
